On this special evening, two culinary worlds unite under one roof as Dark Shepherd welcomes acclaimed First Nations chef Chris Jordan for an extraordinary celebration of cultural fusion. Together with head chef Dianna Jorgo, Chef Jordan has reimagined our beloved Mediterranean menu using traditional native ingredients that have nourished this land for over 60,000 years.
